With two (2) small barges this company is mining river sand for own construction and selling purposes. One of the large accounts is with a local concrete company guaranteeing weekly bulk deliveries. The demand for river sand has risen rapidly regionally, receiving orders from France Guyana and Guyana, but cannot deliver as yet. The management is discussions the options of purchasing another and bigger barge.
